We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders from outside the UAE are confirmed by our team before payment, so we can check that the products can be shipped to your country and calculate the exact shipping cost.
How to order from abroad
- Add the products you need to your cart.
- Open the cart and tap Request a shipping quote (under the checkout button), then send us your details. Checkout on the site is for UAE delivery only. You can also send us your product list on WhatsApp.
- We reply within a few hours (customer service hours: 8 am to 12 midnight UAE time) to confirm availability, shipping cost and delivery time, and send you the total with a secure payment link.
- Once you pay, we ship your order.

Please note: customs duties and import fees are paid by the customer. Some veterinary medicines, vaccines and cold-chain products may need an import permit in your country or cannot be shipped abroad, so please check your country's import rules. If we know a product cannot be shipped to you, we will tell you before you pay.
