Advocate Spot-on for Large Cats from Elanco contains imidacloprid 80 mg and moxidectin 8 mg per 0.8 ml pipette, for cats over 4 kg up to 8 kg. One monthly treatment covers fleas, ear mites and several types of worm.
- Treats and prevents fleas; one treatment prevents re-infestation for 4 weeks

- Lungworms (Aelurostrongylus, Troglostrongylus, Eucoleus) and eye worm (Thelazia)
- Prevents heartworm disease
Directions for use: Apply to the skin at the base of the skull: part the fur, place the tip on the skin and squeeze firmly several times. Fleas: monthly. Ear mites, mange, Eucoleus and Thelazia: a single dose. Aelurostrongylus: monthly for three consecutive months; Troglostrongylus: monthly for two consecutive months. Heartworm: monthly during the mosquito season until one month after last exposure. Do not use in kittens under 9 weeks of age.
