Albendazole 2.5% from Pharma Swede is an oral suspension with albendazole 25 mg per ml for cattle and sheep. It is ovicidal, killing fluke and roundworm eggs and reducing pasture contamination.
- Roundworms (Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematodirus and others)
- Lungworms (Dictyocaulus)
- Tapeworms (Moniezia)
- Adult liver fluke (Fasciola hepatica)
Directions for use: Orally as a single dose. Cattle – roundworms and tapeworms: 1.5 ml per 5 kg; adult fluke: 1 ml per 2.5 kg. Sheep – roundworms and tapeworms: 1 ml per 5 kg; adult fluke: 1.5 ml per 5 kg. Do not exceed the fluke dose in cows during the first month of pregnancy. Not for sheep producing milk for human consumption.
Withdrawal period: cattle meat 14 days, milk 60 hours; sheep meat 4 days.
Storage: below 30°C.
