Equine America Apple Lytes Paste

Apple Lytes Paste is a convenient oral electrolyte syringe that starts replacing the electrolytes horses and ponies lose in sweat and encourages them to drink – ideal for travel and shows.

• Per 30 ml: sodium 5000 mg, potassium 2000 mg, chloride 9600 mg, calcium 150 mg, magnesium 60 mg
• Sodium, potassium and chloride balanced to promote drinking; bio-available calcium and magnesium

• Do not give on an empty stomach – once the horse has cooled down, offer forage or a small fibre feed first

Directions for use: Horses 400–600 kg: 15 ml daily for lighter work, or 30 ml daily for horses in harder work that sweat heavily. Maximum 30 ml per day. Give into the mouth at the back of the tongue.
