F10 F919SC Biofilm Remover & Heavy Duty Degreaser

F919SC is a concentrated alkaline biofilm remover and heavy-duty degreaser. Its emulsifying action lifts heavy soiling, protein, fats, natural oil deposits and biofilm from hard surfaces and equipment so they can then be disinfected effectively.

• Removes biofilm chemically, reducing the need for heavy scrubbing
• Regular use helps prevent biofilm build-up
• For veterinary facilities, animal housing, drains and pipelines, CIP lines and tubing (e.g. ET and anaesthetic tubes)
• Cleans equipment such as buckets and troughs, and tack such as bridles and halters
• Non-irritating and non-corrosive at recommended dilutions, free rinsing

Directions for use: Clear debris and wash the surface, preferably with hot water. Apply immediately at 40 ml in 10 L clean water for lightly soiled surfaces, 100 ml in 10 L for biofilms, oils and light fat deposits, or 200 ml in 10 L for resistant biofilms and heavy fat deposits. Allow 5 to 10 minutes contact, brushing or pressure-washing before the surface dries; repeat on vertical or heavily greased surfaces if needed. Wear rubber gloves. Follow with disinfection.
